Speak to a Current Student – University of Exeter Student Calling Campaign

During June 2026, current University of Exeter students will be contacting alumni around the world as part of our annual student calling campaign.

These conversations are an opportunity for alumni and students to share experiences, reconnect with Exeter and hear more about life at the University today.

The campaign will run from Wednesday 3 June to Monday 22 June 2026. Calls may take place on weekday evenings, Saturdays during the day, and Sundays during the afternoon and evening.

Why am I being contacted?

These conversations are an opportunity for alumni to reconnect with Exeter and hear directly from current students about life at the University today. For our student callers, speaking with alumni provides valuable insight into careers, experiences and life after graduation.

What to expect from the conversation

All callers are current Exeter students employed by the University to speak with alumni about their experiences, share University updates and discuss opportunities to support current and future students.

Callers will also discuss the impact of philanthropic support at Exeter and the ways donations help current and future students.

Our student callers:

  • are current University of Exeter students, calling on behalf of the University
  • may discuss your time at Exeter, University updates and philanthropic support for students and research
  • may send you a follow-up verification email from an official University email address during or after the call

Our callers will never:

  • ask for your online banking password or PIN
  • pressure you into making a donation

We want to contact alumni in the ways they prefer. If you would prefer not to receive telephone calls from the University, please email alumni@exeter.ac.uk or update your contact preferences here.
